A Telesales Executive is a vital component of any sales team, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships over the phone.   • Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to follow up with interested customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills are essential requirements.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude is vital.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; a degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
