Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for executives and office staff as needed.
  • Organize and maintain company documents, records, and files effectively.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary to replenish stock.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Support HR functions like managing staff records and ensuring up-to-date documentation.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supervise office cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold work environment quality.
  • Plan and organize team events, meetings, and logistics effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or a similar relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
