As a product manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and development of our web-based products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on features and improvements that drive user engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of web application best practices, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable product strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to sunsetting, ensuring each phase aligns with customer needs and business objectives
• Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure the development of user-friendly interfaces and interactions that enhance the overall user experience
• Create and maintain thorough documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications, for a smooth handoff to development teams
• Work with QA teams to ensure features meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance before launch
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, enhancements, and product updates that add value for customers and drive business growth
• Collaborate with customer support to understand user pain points, prioritize bug fixes, and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a focus on web applications, SaaS, or data-driven digital platforms
• Proven experience in translating customer needs into product features and positioning
• Proficiency in agile product development processes and comfortable working with engineering teams
• Experience working with design teams and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee product development from ideation to launch
