Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers on a daily basis.
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of customers and identify sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions and transactions in CRM.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and effectively communicate benefits.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotional activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar customer service-oriented role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong persuasion skills and the ability to overcome objections from clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
