As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and offer compelling product solutions that align with their requirements. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection with grace are indispensable for this role. You will be expected to maintain a professional image, ensure up-to-date knowledge of company products, and exhibit perseverance in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  • Answer questions about the products or the company with clarity and precision.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team for further development and closure.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and client trust.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for reference.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and product updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and foster teamwork.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services offered.
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about product features and prices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales role desired.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and handle objections.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection without losing composure.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets reliably and efficiently.
  • High school diploma; a BSc/BA is a plus for enhanced career opportunities.
