Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and needs over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services, resolve queries, and address their concerns. Your ability to communicate effectively and your commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to enhancing our company's reputation and achieving our sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services effectively.
  • Generate leads and set up meetings or calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics during calls.
  • Achieve monthly targets in terms of both number of calls and sales goals.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction and improve retention.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with company products and services to effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills over the phone.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and recover gracefully to pursue new targets.
  • Proficient in handling computer systems and basic customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high quality of service.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
