  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop insightful sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets and goals are consistently met.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Travel locally or regionally to meet with clients and close sales deals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activity, customer contacts, and pipeline status.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product offerings.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to expand reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably within our industry sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals consistently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for sales management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
