The Talent Acquisition Manager (Arabic Speaker) plays an instrumental role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. This role involves strategizing and executing recruitment efforts to build a diverse and skilled workforce. The Talent Acquisition Manager must utilize their expertise in modern recruitment practices, including social media recruiting and networking, to ensure the acquisition of top-tier candidates. This role requires fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, to manage the recruitment process effectively within Middle Eastern markets. With a strong emphasis on relationship-building, the Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create a compelling candidate experience. By managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, the Talent Acquisition Manager ensures that the company secures the best talent while strengthening our employer brand. This role involves innovative problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of cultural nuances to align staffing needs with organizational growth objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Utilize social media platforms for recruitment and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong culture fit.
  • Create and maintain a talent pool for critical and niche positions.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications aligned with company needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in recruitment activities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Promote employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Provide insightful recruitment consulting to improve the hiring process and outcomes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
  • Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken, and strong English skills.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in the Middle Eastern markets.
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills needed for role.
  • Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
