Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining an organization's supply chain operations. This position involves analyzing supply chain data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Supply Chain Analyst works collaboratively with various departments to align supply chain processes with business objectives.   • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in supply chain processes.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective agreements.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret trends and supply chain metrics.
  • Provide support and training to staff on supply chain best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in supply chain analysis or similar role.
  • Proficient in data analysis software like Excel, SAP, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment effectively.
  • Understanding of supply chain management processes and methodologies.
