As a 3D Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming spaces through innovative design solutions that reflect both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify their functional and aesthetic design needs.
• Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using design software.
• Develop and present creative design concepts and mood boards to clients.

• Manage design projects from concept through to completion, adhering to timelines.
• Source and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and layout options for projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and resolve issues.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and 3D modeling.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach across all design projects.
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and consultation.
• Review and enhance completed projects to ensure client satisfaction and design quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong creative flair and an eye for modern design trends and styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of spatial design, color theory, and materials usage.
