Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all site renovation activities (mechanical/civil).
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily renovation work and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Inspect work progress, quality, and safety compliance on site.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, specifications, and renovation plans.
- Manage labor force, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including daily reports, material usage, work progress, and manpower records.
- Ensure all renovation activities comply with local safety and building regulations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
