The position of Store Manager at our pharmacy requires a dedicated and experienced professional who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care solutions.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Prepare sales and financial reports to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement promotional initiatives to boost store sales.
  • Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide necessary feedback.
  • Maintain all pharmacy records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manage ordering systems to ensure stock availability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • A DHA license is mandatory for this Store Manager position.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail or pharmacy management role.
  • Strong leadership skills capable of managing a diverse pharmacy team.
  • Excellent organizational skills necessary for managing supplies and inventory.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and financial objectives consistently.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
