Delight International Movers is hiring a QHSE & IMS Coordinator to strengthen safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

👨‍💼 Reports to: General Manager / Department Head

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

🔹 What You’ll Do

IMS & Audits

Maintain IMS manuals & conduct internal audits.

Lead external ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001).

Coordinate FIDI audits & EcoVadis assessments.

QHSE Implementation

Develop HSE plans, risk assessments & tender docs.

Conduct site inspections & supplier/subcontractor checks.

Maintain QHSE reports & compliance statistics.

Training & Development

Deliver inductions, toolbox talks & refresher training.

Coordinate third-party/project-specific HSE training.

Incident & Emergency Management

Lead investigations & root cause analysis.

Train Emergency Response Teams & conduct mock drills.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

5+ years’ experience in QHSE & IMS roles.

NEBOSH + ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor certification.

Strong knowledge of UAE QHSE regulations.

Experience with ISO, FIDI & EcoVadis compliance.

Excellent communication, training & reporting skills.
