Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in sales, including managerial roles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a motivational management style.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer-oriented approaches.
  • Proficient in CRM software and various sales performance metrics analysis tools.
