Job Title : Spray Painter – Landscaping (Residential Villas)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our landscaping team, specializing in high-end residential villas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surface preparation and spray painting of outdoor features, such as metal and wooden structures, gates, fences, pergolas, garden furniture, and other elements. Attention to detail and a high-quality finish are critical in maintaining the luxury aesthetic of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces (sanding, cleaning, priming) for spray painting.
  
• Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and protective coatings using spray guns and other tools.
  
• Ensure smooth, uniform finishes on outdoor furniture, structures, and landscaping elements.
  
• Select appropriate materials and color shades as per project design requirements.
  
• Perform minor repairs or surface treatments before painting, such as rust removal or patching.
  
• Maintain spray-painting equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  
• Work closely with landscape designers, carpenters, and project managers to meet aesthetic and timeline goals.
  
• Ensure weather-appropriate painting procedures to maximize durability and quality.
  
• Perform touch-ups and corrective work as needed after installation or weather exposure.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in outdoor or landscaping projects.
  
• Strong understanding of paint types, primers, and finishes suitable for different outdoor materials.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  
• Physical stamina and comfort working in various outdoor conditions.
  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spray painting.
