QUANTITY SURVEYOR ESTIMATOR

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Role Overview:
NOTE: IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR LANDSCAPING AND POOL COMPANY

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our landscaping projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related industry preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and procurement practices.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
