Construction Manager - FITOUT

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Construction Manager specializing in Fitout projects to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Job Responsibility

• Manage and supervise construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
• Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and labor, as well as manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project activities.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on Fitout projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
