Zumtobel Lighting in Dubai are recruiting for a Specification Manager to join us. You will be responsible for generating specification to support overall business growth in the region. To do this you will need to develop and implement a sales plan that will drive the regional commercial and project sales plans forward.

Responsibilities

• You will develop regional specification to support overall business growth.
• You can build and maintain a broad mix of key account types including Electrical consultants and lighting Designers.
• You understand the sector drivers and recognise opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth.
• Keep yourself up to date with geographical area projections and forecasting to ensure a smooth pipeline and performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer service for all key customer groups.
• You should undertake personal development to achieve a constant and effective sales efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• You should be a knowledgeable and experienced specification salesperson.
• Experienced in sales within the manufacturing industry (lighting preferred) with a strong understanding of the key customers in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the enthusiasm and ability to build strong relationships and good rapport with customers.
• Strong IT and CRM system skills. Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills alongside relationship building skills and stakeholder management.
