Reporting to management, the Operations Technician will ensure the correct implementation, supervision, and commissioning of projects in the field, ensuring that installations are carried out according to established quality standards, within the agreed deadlines, and in line with the technical specifications of the project, with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of the end client.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and execute the technical deployment of assigned projects, ensuring that installations comply with plans, specifications, and technical requirements, in order to guarantee efficient implementation according to established standards.
• Carry out commissioning of installations, field programming, and testing of automation and control systems, to ensure the correct functioning and operability of installed systems.
• Supervise the work carried out by installers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, in order to guarantee the correct execution of the project in time, form, and safe conditions.
• Perform functional tests of installed equipment and systems, following established protocols, to verify that they meet the technical and operational requirements of the project.
• Maintain direct communication with the engineering team, to align criteria, resolve issues, and ensure fulfillment of technical objectives.
• Provide technical and operational feedback, to optimize processes, improve the performance of future installations, and facilitate decision-making.
• Document the final status of each installation and keep records updated, to ensure accurate information and traceability throughout the project or system lifecycle.
• Propose and research alternative ways of working, developing internal tools and/or procedures, to improve the efficiency of the area.
• Provide technical advice to junior profiles within the area or other departments, to ensure both the technical development of professionals and improved performance.
• Promote proper communication among all team members, to improve departmental functioning and information transfer.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, identification, and reporting of environmental incidents within the Integrated Management System, to achieve the objectives in this area.
  
  

Prerequisites:

With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering. You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills.

A high level of English is essential for this position, Spanish is a plus.
