Job Description

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization's human resources strategies align with its goals and objectives. This position involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that promote a productive and engaging work environment. Along with these duties, the HR Manager acts as a crucial link between the management and employees, facilitating communication and fostering positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, is highly organized, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities to handle the dynamic challenges of a continuously evolving workplace.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process by attracting, selecting, and hiring competent candidates.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and oversee employee onboarding, development, and training programs.
  • Manage employee records and ensure they are updated and confidentially maintained.
  • Analyze and interpret employee engagement metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Evaluate and improve organizational policies, procedures, and programs as needed.
  • Lead and facilitate performance management processes for continuous employee growth.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through effective manpower planning strategies.
  • Advise and support the management team on strategic HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases for efficient HR operations.
  • In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices within the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and cultural awareness.
  • Experience in change management and developing HR policies and procedures.
