Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review various types of documents including contracts, agreements, reports, and proposals.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation prior to submission or approval.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for document preparation.
  • Ensure that all documents comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Maintain documentation templates and update them as needed to reflect regulatory changes or best practices.
  • Assist in the organization and storage of documents using electronic document management systems.
  • Conduct quality checks on documents to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on document preparation best practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate the vetting process for documents with relevant parties and ensure timely approval.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to documentation preparation and vetting.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in documentation preparation and vetting roles preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
