Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, setting the tone for their spa experience. Your role will involve managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will be crucial in maintaining the spa's serene atmosphere by supporting both clients and staff members. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly when they arrive at the spa.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa's booking system.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about spa services and packages.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the spa’s policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with therapists and staff to optimize service delivery and schedules.
  • Upsell spa products and services to enhance client experiences continually.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and office supplies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Comfortable working with scheduling and point-of-sale software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail required.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
