Job Description

As a Sales Engineer specializing in Calibration, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between our state-of-the-art calibration products and prospective clients who require precision instruments. You'll identify potential customers, understand their calibration needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can enhance their processes. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers in need of calibration services and solutions.
  • Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of our calibration products to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close sales effectively.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide clients with post-sales support and assist with technical inquiries.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our calibration solutions.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Proven sales experience in the calibration industry or a technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of calibration processes and precision measurement equipment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
