The HR People Partner - Senior Officer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the company's strategic goals and its human resources capabilities. In this senior position, the HR People Partner is responsible for fostering a culture of engagement, continuous development, and employee satisfaction. They work closely with management and team leaders to understand workforce challenges and to implement HR solutions that drive performance. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges.
  • Consult with line management on HR strategy implementation and employee relations management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on workforce analytics to support business decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate training and employee development initiatives to enhance staff skills and productivity.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues using thorough investigative skills and mediation techniques.
  • Advise management on organizational changes and employment law compliance to mitigate risks.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies by participating in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing tools for assessment and feedback.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and documentation for compliance.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR with a focus on strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience with employee relations and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and knowledge of current employment laws.
  • Ability to handle data confidentially and use discretion in sensitive situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
