Job Description
The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a spa facility, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will develop and implement spa services, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and monitor financial performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of spa industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the spa facility.
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists and receptionists.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the spa.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and introduce new treatments and products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners.
- Handle spa administration, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of spa industry trends, treatments, and products.
