Job Description
KILONEWTONS, a leading engineering and construction firm in Dubai, seeks a creative Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. You'll develop viral-worthy content that showcases our projects and attracts top talent/clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X)
✔ Create engaging video content (Reels/Shorts), graphics, and written posts
✔ Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
✔ Grow followers and increase engagement rates
✔ Monitor trends and leverage engineering/construction industry insights
✔ Collaborate with HR for employer branding and with BD for lead generation
✔ Analyze metrics and optimize performance monthly
Requirements
✅ 3+ years social media management experience (agency or in-house)
✅ Portfolio of successful campaigns (engineering/construction niche a plus)
✅ Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/Premiere Pro
✅ Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
✅ Arabic fluency preferred (but not mandatory)
✅ Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
