KILONEWTONS, a leading real estate firm in Dubai, is expanding its sales team and seeking dynamic Real Estate Consultants to join our fast-growing organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium properties, off-plan projects, and high-net-worth clients in Dubai's booming real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate leads and close sales for luxury apartments, villas, and commercial properties
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Conduct property viewings and market analysis
✔ Negotiate deals and facilitate transactions
✔ Stay updated on Dubai property laws & RERA regulations
✔ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years UAE real estate sales experience
✅ RERA certification (mandatory)
✅ Proven track record in property sales
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of Dubai property market trends
✅ Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
✅ Multilingual skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese advantageous)
