JOB TITLE

Ski Instructor | MAF Entertainment | Snow Dome

Role Summary

Ski/Snowboard Instructor will conduct private and group ski or snowboard lessons ensuring a high standard of customer service. Also, ensure full supervision of the guests during lessons at all times and high standard of safety during lessons.

ROLE PROFILE

• Respond appropriately and accurately to guest enquires and requests relating the teaching process ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure all equipment’s supplied by rental to the Ski school guests are double checked and set up correctly.
• Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Ski Dubai.
• Proficient up to date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions and services.
• Advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.
• To be responsible for all guests during lessons, from the time they leave the ski school meeting point till they come back.
• Ensure no guests pass the access control gate without the appropriate access pass.
• Assist in all competitions and events in Ski Dubai.
  
  

• Certified ski/snowboard instructor (International qualification).
• Advanced Skier/Snowboarder.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is an addition.
• Flexibility in working shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• One season in the ski school and Kids teaching experience.
