ServiceNow Technical Architect

We’re working with a leading ServiceNow Partner that’s looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering world-class ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise clients.

If you’re passionate about architecture, love solving complex challenges, and enjoy working closely with both technical teams and customers, this could be the perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules
• Provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales, delivery, and post-implementation stages
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions
• Oversee build quality and ensure alignment with platform best practices
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Senior Developer ready to step up
• Strong hands-on knowledge across ServiceNow modules, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, etc.)
• Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ideally ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CMA, but this isn’t a deal-breaker as proven experience matters most
