Job Description

A Service Admin Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's administrative services. By acting as a bridge between the administrative team and management, the Service Admin Coordinator ensures that day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This role typically involves managing communication, coordinating service requests, and supporting the administrative team in executing their duties. Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings by arranging logistics and preparing presentation materials.
  • Provide support in resolving service-related issues or complaints promptly.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring they align with forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative processes.
  • Support the recruitment process for administrative staff by coordinating with HR.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office management software.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
