Senior UX Researcher (225-725)

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team, dedicated to enhancing user experience across our digital platforms. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding user needs, motivations, and behaviors through various research methodologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure user insights inform every stage of the design and development process. Your insights will be critical in shaping the direction of our product offerings, ensuring they meet user expectations and deliver a delightful user experience. You’ll use your expert knowledge of UX research methods to provide stakeholders with actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, guiding the design of user-friendly and high-impact digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop and manage user research plans, study designs, and research reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product roadmaps.
• Communicate complex research findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Facilitate UX workshops to prioritize research findings and action items.
• Analyze user behaviors and observer patterns to improve the overall user experience.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers and UX designers.
• Identify research opportunities and initiate strategic studies to inform product design.
• Create and maintain a repository of research insights for future reference.
• Participate in reviewing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to assess usability.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to understand industry trends and best practices.
• Advocate for users by passionately representing their needs during product discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze complex user research studies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a stakeholder-driven focus.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with product teams.
• Proficiency in using UX research tools and software applications is required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX research projects and their impact on product design.
