A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry by assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of potential buyers, sellers, and industry contacts.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of property management laws and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical real estate guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in property consulting or real estate sales.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to analyze property market trends and data effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficiency with real estate software and Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Valid real estate license in accordance with local state regulations is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
