About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Test Engineer to take full ownership of manual and automated testing across our mobile and backend products. Based in Dubai, you’ll be a key quality advocate helping us scale a high-performing platform that delivers an exceptional fitness experience. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user flows, handle diverse configurations, and uphold a high bar for reliability and polish. You’ll also lead initiatives in automation — especially for Flutter mobile apps and RESTful APIs — and help shape testing best practices as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated test plans.
• Own the QA lifecycle by leading the testing activities throughout the sprint cycles.
• Review feature specifications, proactively identifying risks, gaps, or potential issues.
• Document, track, and clearly communicate defects, test results, and quality concerns.
• Champion QA best practices and actively contribute to the team’s overall quality culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery on time.
• Build and maintain mobile app and API test automation frameworks, integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline and expand automated test coverage.
• Oversee test execution across multiple environments, device configurations, and complex edge-case scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on mobile apps.
• Proven ability to independently manage test planning, execution, and reporting within fast-paced, agile teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer support advocacy, underpinned by deep knowledge of QA methodologies, best practices, and the SDLC.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with a keen eye for details.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile app automation, preferably for Flutter-based apps.
• Proficient in API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
• Proven record in integrating and maintaining test harnesses within CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in using Git, and managing automated build/deployment/test pipelines.
• A genuine passion for quality, fitness, and delivering seamless digital experiences.
