Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer (Arabic Speaker) to play a pivotal role in driving our talent strategy across the region. This is a hands-on recruitment position, ideal for someone who excels in building strong talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and creating engaging recruitment campaigns that attract top talent.
As part of our HR team in Dubai, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the best candidates across our offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the entirety of the Mena region. You will also lead initiatives in modern recruitment marketing—including the creation of compelling visual content for social media and employer branding campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and networking events.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing & Design team to create engaging recruitment content (videos, reels, graphics, career posts) that attract top Arabic and international talent.
Talent Campaigns: Design and launch innovative recruitment campaigns to reach diverse talent pools across the MENA region.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on market trends, and deliver qualified shortlists.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Regional Hiring: Drive recruitment initiatives on a global level, adapting strategies to local markets.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in financial services, fintech, or investment industries.
Previous experience recruiting in the MENA region, with strong knowledge of local labor markets.
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Technical Skills
Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social recruiting platforms.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferably Recruitee)
Ability to create visual recruitment content (infographics, job posts, video briefs) in collaboration with designers.
Solid understanding of interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices.
