Job Description

The role of a Senior Quality Specialist demands a high level of expertise in overseeing, implementing, and enhancing quality management systems to ensure exceptional product standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to enhance product standards and practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate quality specifications into product designs.
  • Identify and analyze data to highlight trends and variances in product quality.
  • Oversee the training of staff on quality assurance procedures and compliance protocols.
  • Analyze root causes of quality issues and work towards sustainable resolutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports regarding quality performance and improvement areas to management.
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to all regulatory requirements across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects with defined objectives and timelines.
  • Foster a quality-centric culture by promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a quality assurance role within a relevant industry.
  • Proven experience managing and leading quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic outlook on quality improvements.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and other related computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise across various departments and levels.
