Job Description: Senior Property Consultant

A Senior Property Consultant plays a key role in the real estate industry, providing expert advice to clients on property investments, sales, and purchases. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property evaluations, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Conduct property inspections and valuations.
  • Negotiate sales and leasing contracts.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties.
  • Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations.
  • Attend networking events to expand client base.
  • Manage property listings and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals.
  • Handle documentation and paperwork related to property transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • Valid real estate license in the applicable state.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in property sales or consultancy.
  • Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends.

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current property laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license or certification ( RERA if applicable ).
  • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
