BOSS Built Environment Ltd are currently partnered with a leading EPC Services provider to the FPSO industry. They require a Senior Project Manager to assist their VP of Projects with upcoming projects.

The role will be Dubai based, with occasional travel as and when required.

Description

Leadership and Oversight of FPSO Projects:

• Lead and manage all phases of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the integration of various systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining robust relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Facilitate regular meetings and progress updates with stakeholders, addressing any concerns and implementing necessary adjustments to project plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address unforeseen project obstacles, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  
  

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and expenditures are controlled.
• Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and present financial and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial health of the project.
  
  

• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the project team and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
