KILONEWTONS is seeking an accomplished BUSINESS MANAGER with 10+ years of leadership experience to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in DUBAI. If you’re a visionary leader with a proven track record in business development and team management, we want you to steer our success!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize performance
Identify new market opportunities and expand KILONEWTONS’ presence in the UAE
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
Ensure operational efficiency by streamlining processes and improving productivity
Report to senior management with data-driven insights and recommendations
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business management, leadership, or a related field
Proven success in scaling businesses and driving profitability
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis)
Expertise in CRM & ERP software (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
