Senior Planning Engineer - MEP

Job Description

Job Summary:

BK Gulf LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer - MEP who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of planning and scheduling for our MEP projects.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze project risks and delays and provide mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare reports on project status, progress, and forecasted completion dates.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling MEP projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software
• Ability to create and review project plans, specifications, and drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving abilities to address project issues and delays
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of cost control and budget management
