Construction Manager - MEP

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee construction projects and ensure smooth implementation of MEP systems.

Job Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems in construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure MEP systems meet design specifications and project requirements.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and quality control plans for MEP work.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.
• Coordinate with authorities, third-party inspectors, and clients to obtain necessary approvals and permits for MEP installations.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Proven experience in managing MEP installations in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or MEP systems are a plus.
