The Senior Manager of Market Strategy is a critical leadership role that involves devising, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives to boost market presence and drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for strategic positioning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment of market strategies with product development.
  • Lead competitive analysis efforts to anticipate industry shifts and competitor actions.
  • Create presentations for senior leadership to communicate market strategies and performance.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and gain influence in strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting as needed.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance strategic capabilities across the department.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align strategies with sales initiatives and goals.
  • Manage budget planning for market strategy initiatives and projects.
  • Introduce new methodologies and tools for strategic planning and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all strategic activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in market strategy, strategic planning, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Highly collaborative with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in strategic planning tools and software applications.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing activities.
