Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive in the Build Environment sector, focusing on Fire Safety & Suppression, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market presence. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of fire safety products and an ability to communicate effectively with both retail and corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new sales opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution, requiring an organized, result-driven professional, looking to make a real impact in this ever-evolving industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in fire safety and PPE sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within the industry.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry landscape.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals within company policies.
  • Track sales metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management review.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients and junior sales team members.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to gather insights and promote company offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contribute to best practices in sales processes.
  • Leverage CRM tools to efficiently manage customer relationships and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in inside sales, preferably in fire safety products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety and suppression systems, and PPE products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
