Job Purpose

The Engineering Technical Services (ETS) department ensures optimal performance for one of the worlds most advanced aircraft fleets. We focus on fleet technical management, airworthiness, and technical support to uphold safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and passenger comfort.

Our skilled engineers work closely with manufacturers and vendors to advance aircraft technologies. ETS includes Fleet Technical Management, GCAA/EASA Design Organization, Maintenance Programmes & Configuration, and Technical Publications. We drive innovation and maintain top industry standards to ensure peak operational excellence.

Senior Executive Secretary will ensure smooth running of the Department by handling all administrative responsibilities and provide professional, high quality executive support and administrative services to senior business leaders and their teams.

In This Role You Will

  • Receive, evaluate, and respond to incoming communications. Redirect or escalate matters to the executive as needed, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the executive and their team, including managing administrative paperwork, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Oversee diary and logistics management.
  • Manage invoicing, accounting, and budget-related tasks for the department. Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets, including processing payments and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and replacement of office assets and equipment, ensuring that the departments resources are well-managed.
  • Ad hoc or additional administrative tasks as requested by the executive.

Qualification

To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements:

  • A Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, supporting senior management in a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high level of fluency in spoken and written English.
  • A professional, approachable manner and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
