What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of Level Shoes, you will serve as a key strategic partner and the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Office of the CEO. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing cross-functional priorities, and enabling the CEO to remain focused on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Acting as a central liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, you will ensure alignment, facilitate streamlined decision-making, and support critical business initiatives with precision and agility.

  • Serve as the gatekeeper and strategic scheduler for the CEO, managing an ever-evolving calendar with a high level of foresight, prioritization, and alignment with business-critical engagements.
  • Act as a primary filter and first point of contact for all inbound communication - screening correspondence, calls, and meeting requests, and independently handling responses where appropriate.
  • Interface seamlessly with senior internal stakeholders, global partners, board members, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the CEO’s directives and information flow.
  • Provide high-level support in the preparation of executive presentations, strategic briefings, board materials, and key reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the CEO’s voice and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of complex, multi-leg international travel and fashion weeks working closely with the buying, marketing, and travel departments to manage itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expense reconciliation.
  • Lead the logistical planning of CEO-led events, keynotes, roundtables, and strategic engagements, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of the CEO, including executive emails, speeches, social media posts, internal memos, and public-facing statements.
  • Represent the CEO in select internal and external meetings, capturing detailed minutes, identifying key action points, and providing executive summaries.
  • Support the CEO in building and maintaining a strong digital executive presence, particularly across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide full-time, high-touch support by closely aligning with the CEO’s schedule, location, time zone, and working hours to ensure constant availability and seamless coordination.
