Job Description

Due to the continuing success and growth of our team, this fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning specialist consultancy, engineering and advisory firm.

At AESG we are looking for a Senior ESG Consultant to be based in Dubai and work alongside our other specialist disciplines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated ESG specialist seeking professional development within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with the clients industry, business model, and UAE Vision 2031, the UAE Net Zero by 2050 initiative, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Advise on ESG risks, opportunities, and materiality assessments.
• Provide guidance on ESG integration into corporate governance, risk management, and business operations.
• Prepare ESG and sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, ISSB).
• Develop KPIs and data collection systems for ESG performance tracking.
• Stay up-to-date with UAE, KSA and GCC ESG regulations and international best practices.

Qualification /Experience:

• Ideally qualified to Bachelors /Masters degree level in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Generally, a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience preferably in real estate, manufacturing, investment, finance industries.
• Experience in ESG reporting & data analysis and regulatory compliance & materiality assessment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
