The Project

An exciting opportunity to be a part of our project management consultancy team to deliver a mixed-use commercial project with infrastructure and landscape packages.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Directing a safe and compliant project delivery, ensuring adherence to health, safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Overseeing full project lifecycle from inception to completion, managing programme milestones and delivery strategy
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure collaborative outcomes.
• Controlling project budgets and risks, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Embedding sustainable and innovative practices into construction delivery, aligned with Mace’s environmental goals
• Developing and leading high-performing teams, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and well-being-focused culture
• Monitoring the programme controls and ensure delivery meets contractual and client expectations using Mace Way tools
• Influencing long-term business strategy and contributing to the growth and transformation of the business unit.
  
  

Youll Need To Have

• Professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex property or infrastructure projects, with strong stakeholder management.
• Commercially and financially astute, with deep project management expertise across all phases.
• Knowledge of carbon and sustainability drivers shaping modern construction and infrastructure delivery.
