Senior Content Creator Operations Manager

Job Description

• In-depth understanding of the pain points of content creators, the growth demands at different stages, the formation of platform-based operation flow, and continue to improve the experience of creators;
• Responsible for acquiring potential creators, quality IP and content;
• Ability to activate the content creator community through different tactics;
• Continuously iterate the operation workflow of content creators and also lead to improvements of operation tools in order to improve the operation efficiency
  
  
  

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years PUGC/PGC creator operation experience is preferred; content/community-based platform operation experience is preferred;
• English as working language, with good communication skills and execution;
• Excellent data analysis skills, able to analyze and diagnose relatively complex data, output business decisions;
• Ability to continuously do in-depth communication with creators, continuous insight into content and creators/users needs, form business judgment and promote landing;
• Experience in the crypto industry is preferred
