Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, this position requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development and sales. The Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify strategic partnerships, oversee the implementation of new projects, and contribute to the development of the company’s long-term strategy. This role demands strong analytical skills, superb communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the market landscape to effectively drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across different markets and sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized business solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to close deals effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business development team members.

  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to generate leads.
  • Review and approve proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in business development or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving substantial business growth and sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex business landscapes and strategies.
  • Experience overseeing the implementation of complex business projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for business purposes.
