Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to facilitate agile project delivery and drive team performance across our development teams in the UAE. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, coach, and agile facilitator—ensuring agile principles are followed and delivery goals are met in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Agile teams in Scrum best practices, principles, and values

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

• Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues as necessary

• Shield the team from external disruptions and help maintain focus on sprint goals

• Support product owners in maintaining a well-defined product backlog

• Track sprint progress, deliverables, and team performance metrics

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency

• Promote agile adoption across departments and support organizational transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities

• Encourage team self-organization and ownership of deliverables

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required

• Proven experience facilitating agile teams in a tech or software development environment

• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles, with knowledge of SAFe or Kanban being a plus

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams in the UAE or GCC region is a plus
