The SAP HR Functional Analyst is responsible for understanding an organization's HR requirements and translating them into effective SAP HR solutions. They work closely with HR department stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure that SAP HR systems align with business needs and optimize HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR department and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.
Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement through SAP HR solutions.
Facilitating the support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, whilst maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
Configure and customize SAP HR module settings to meet specific organizational needs.
Design and implement workflows, forms, and business rules within the SAP HR system.
Analysing the current business processes and scenarios of the client, and recommending and/or developing solutions to meet the clients’ needs
Acting as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting: investigating, analysing, and solving SAP HR-related help desk tickets, and mapping client business requirements, processes and objectives; developing necessary product modifications to satisfy the clients’ needs
Lead or contribute to the implementation of SAP HR projects, including module installations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Integrate SAP HR with other relevant modules or external systems to ensure data consistency and flow.
Handling end-to-end project execution, including scoping, functional requirements, solution mapping with applications, risk identification and risk management, user training, deployment and transitioning to the support team
Provide training to HR and other users on how to effectively use SAP HR functionalities.
Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM module implementation, configuration, and support.
Proficiency in SAP HR module functionalities, including personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, time management, and employee self-service.
Understanding of HR business processes and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Project management abilities to lead SAP HR implementation projects.
Familiarity with SAP integration techniques and best practices.
Ability to conduct training and deliver user-focused support.
